So let’s just start off with this was my very first time here and I was very impressed. I do plan to return. My best friend and I got our nails done and we both 10/10 recommend. All the ladies were so generous in greeting to sitting in the chair having a conversation with us and making sure we were happy. Very satisfied. If you haven’t gone. Go!!!!!

I just walked on a Sunday. The customer service was AMAZING! From the front desk to me sitting in a chair. Although, it was Sunday & there wasn’t many staff on this day, I didn’t have to wait long. This was my first time here & I came to do a polish & shape change because I wasn’t happy with how my personal nail tech did my nails… (photo on the right) BUT I came here & Moon did my nails (photo on the left). SHE WAS FANTASTIC. the care. the genuineness. the midway checks to see if you’re okay or need something to drink. I mean the customer service was outstanding. I will be back! (I mean look at that amazing shape on my nails — thanks Moon!)

My favorite salon!! My SNS last close to 3 weeks. They don’t chip or crack like I’ve experienced from other salons. They always do such an amazing job! Kat is my go to, especially for designs. These are my natural nails and they have remained healthy and grown so much since I started coming here

My two young daughters, a friend and I had pedicures at Magic Touch. This is the best pedicure experience we’ve had in the area. The appointment was easy to make and everyone from check in to check out was so friendly, patient and accommodating. They even have a couple special chairs for kids. We will definitely revisit in the future. Thank you!

I’ve been looking for a quality salon since I moved to gibsonville a year ago so when they opened I decided to try them and have not been disappointed since. This place is a dream come true! I’ve been looking for a quality salon since I moved to gibsonville a year ago so when they opened I decided to try them and have not been disappointed since. Minh is simply the best! Top notch customer service, friendly & thorough. She doesn’t rush….she is a quality over quantity type of gal. The atmosphere at the spa is so very relaxing, everyone is so friendly & their pedicure chairs have the best massage options out of any other local nail spas I’ve visited!!!Dip powder

At first, this nail salon looks beautiful and seems super nice, but honestly I would never come back here again after my experience. I just got home from my “mani” and pedi 5 minutes ago. As you can see, there is a long black hair stuck in my pinky nail where I got the dip powder. There is also a black spot on my big toe nail polish. The nail tech I had was in a HUGE RUSH!! He sped thru the entire thing and even apologized at the end. I spent over $80 and was there for under 50 mins for both a signature pedi and dip/powder mani. He also failed to give me the manicure I paid for, he did the dip and when I returned from washing my hands he already had another client in his chair. No cuticle trim, etc. This was not relaxing nor was it worth the money. Don’t come here unless you value speed over accuracy and relaxation.
