How do I pay tolls in Washington state? ›

Paying tolls without an account

If you drive on a toll road without a Good To Go! account, we'll take a picture of your license plate and mail a bill to the address on your vehicle registration with the Department of Licensing. The Pay By Mail toll rate is $2 higher.

If you think you may have unpaid tolls but never received a bill, please contact the Good To Go! customer service center. You'll need to provide the name and address on your vehicle's registration, along with the vehicle's license plate number.

How do I dispute a toll bill in Washington state? ›

A toll may be dismissed or adjusted if the customer provides evidence of documented mitigating circ*mstances as outlined in RCW 46.63. 160(5). If you're in a rental car the State will send a bill to the rental company and they'll send it on to you.
